Sustained Support That Offers Benefits to Donors

Planned gifts usually have some type of tax benefit and a huge satisfaction benefit. A planned gift to The Home benefits not only you and your future generations, it also allows us to fulfill our mission of service to the community. There are many vehicles that provide you and your loved ones with an additional source of income and also create generous gifts to The Home and all Jewish Home Life Communities (JHLC).

Gifts Anyone Can Make

Simple Bequest

A simple bequest is a gift made through a will or living trust. It may be made in cash, securities, real estate, or tangible personal property. It may be fully deductible in your estate tax determinations.

Charitable Remainder Trust or Annuity

There are several different vehicles that will provide income payments to you or your family as well as generate a charitable income tax deduction.

Gifts of Insurance or Retirement Account Plans

There are many tax benefits to assigning a portion of your retirement plan, an existing life insurance policy, or a new insurance policy to The Home.

Gifts That Pay You Income

Endowment Funds help maintain our ongoing operations or may be designated to support a specific purpose. Click here to view a list of generous donors who have endowed The Home or Weinstein Hospice with a gift of $50,000 or greater.
