The William Breman Jewish Home has been serving the elderly and disabled in our community compassionately and with respect since 1951. Our long term skilled nursing care and short term rehabilitation services (Aviv Rehabilitation Center) set the standard for quality care in the metro Atlanta area.
The Home consistently achieves the five-star rating from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and has been ranked as a Top Nursing Home in the US by US News and World Report since 2014. Our resident-centered care helps older adults live fulfilling lives with dignity even as their care requirements change.
Over 60 years ago, a dedicated group of individuals was guided by the biblical commandment to “Honour thy father and thy mother.” Those committed and visionary men and women nurtured a dream and left a legacy in establishing The Home.
The Home is part of Jewish Home Life Communities, a non-profit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors comprised of community and business leaders. To learn about our leadership, click here.
