The William Breman Jewish Home is part of Create a Jewish Legacy an initiative of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta to build a storng vibrant community, now and in the future with bequests for permanent endowments.
The term “planned giving” refers to charitable gifts that can provide valuable tax benefits and/or income to a donor while having a positive effect on the community. Planned giving offers you the opportunity to create a legacy. This gift benefits not only you and your future generations; it also assists the selected charitable institution to fulfill its mission of service to the community.
There are three easy ways to ensure your legacy, take advantage of tax benefits and make a substantial donation to The William Breman Jewish Home:

Simple Bequest
A Simple Bequest is a gift made through a will or living trust. It may be made in cash, securities, real estate or tangible personal property. It may be fully deductible in determining your estate taxes.

Charitable Remainder Trust or Annuity
There are several different vehicles that will provide income payments to you or your family as well as generate a charitable income tax deduction.
3)
Gifts of Insurance or Retirement Account Plans There are many tax benefits for assigning a portion of your retirement plan, an existing life insurance policy or a new insurance policy to The William Breman Jewish Home.
