The Zaban Tower is a non-profit corporation and consists of 60 units. There are 36 one-bedroom apartments and 24 studio apartments. The Zaban Tower has been designed to provide retirement living with supportive services for senior citizens. The second floor at The Zaban Tower is licensed for assisted living. View: Floor Plans
Residency is open to all qualified, eligible persons without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, disability status, religion, familial status or sex.
Eligibility for Occupancy:
• Minimum age of 62 (if two persons, only one need be 62)
• Income limit:
$25,100 for 1 person, $28,700 for 2 persons Certain medical deductions allowed and assets are not considered income
• Must be able to keep apartment in a safe and sanitary condition

For residents who are provided medication monitoring, E-Z Med pharmacy must be used.
Personal Care Support Services
Home Medical Services offers programs designed to provide supplemental support as residents’ needs change. Supplemental support is determined by an assessment of a resident’s needs, and the resident will be periodically reviewed throughout his/her stay at The Zaban Tower. This program allows residents to remain at The Zaban Tower when their needs change.
(More than one hour of help per day with bathing, dressing and grooming;
Not to exceed two hours of help per day)

*All supplies associated with these services must be furnished by the resident.
