Skilled Nursing
The William Breman Jewish Home is a 96-bed Medicare and Medicaid certified facility specializing in long-term skilled nursing care, and dementia care. We have been providing skilled nursing care for over 60 years. As one of Atlanta’s leading senior residential care providers, the Home is committed to providing a warm, caring and homelike environment to enhance the quality of life of its residents.

Rehabilitation Center
Whether you are recovering from orthopedic surgery, post-surgical complications or a disabling illness such as stroke or heart attack, The William Breman Jewish Home Rehabilitation Center staff will create an individualized program that meets your needs. We will help you relearn the skills necessary for your return to independence.

The Cohen Home
The Cohen Home, located in Johns Creek, Georgia, is an assisted living community with a caring, supportive environment that encourages each resident to live as independently as possible. Our distinctive, coordinated care approach is a hallmark of the service provided to you and your family. The Cohen Home has 42 apartments of which 13 are for residents with more significant physical or cognitive impairments (our Extra Care unit).

The Zaban Tower
Located on the same campus as The William Breman Jewish Home, this apartment living option offers low-income seniors independent living or assisted living while enjoying a healthy social life with peers. The Zaban Tower consists of one-bedroom and studio apartments on two floors. One floor is dedicated to independent living (30units) and the other floor to assisted living (30 units). In order to reside at The Zaban Tower, residents must meet certain income requirements set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The Meyer Balser NORC (Naturally Occurring Residential Community) offers a comprehensive health-focused program to assist and empower neighborhood seniors to “age in place.” The Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta has pioneered the NORC model in Georgia.

Berman Commons
Future Development
Land has been acquired to develop an additional assisted living facility in Dunwoody. Named for former President of the Home, Stephen M. Berman, Berman Commons at Zaban Park will be located adjacent to the campus of the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta.
