Mitzvah Grams recognize good deeds performed by staff members. They provide a formal way to thank a member of our staff and show your appreciation for his or her hard work.
Mitzvah Grams are available at the reception desk or you may complete the on-line form below.
On either form, please provide a brief description of the Mitzvah and your personal message of thanks.
The staff member will receive a copy of the Mitzvah Gram and another copy will be placed in his or her personnel file. Your acknowledgement is invaluable.
