Georgia Medical Care Foundation Honors The Home
The William Breman Jewish Home was honored by the Georgia Medical Care Foundation’s (GMCF) for its “Commitment to Quality in Partnership for Patients” and its journey in culture change.
The Home Receives Customer Satisfaction Award for Second Year in a Row
The William Breman Jewish Home received My InnerView’s Excellence in Action award, a national honor recognizing The Home’s commitment to superior customer satisfaction. Presented annually, the award recognizes providers that performed in the top 10 percent of nursing homes out of nearly 5,500 in the country who participated in a 2011 customer satisfaction survey. This year’s award was presented to My InnerView clients who had a minimum 30 percent response rate and scored in the top 10 percent of qualifying facilities on the survey question “What is your recommendation of this facility to others?” in terms of the percentage of respondents rating the nursing home as “excellent.”

The One Group is The Home's newest service that brings our excellent level of personal care right to your own home, apartment or community. We provide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to help you with whatever you need. Click here to learn more.
Independent Living for Low Income Seniors at Zaban Tower
On the same campus as The William Breman Jewish Home, The Zaban Tower is our independent living community for low income seniors. Residents must be 62 or older and meet income requirements set by HUD. Click here to learn more.
The Cohen Home Offers Short Term Stay Option in Johns Creek
The Cohen Home welcomes families who need short term care for their loved one while traveling or when they need transitional care or assistance before returning home from the hospital or rehabilitation center. We make it easy by providing a furnished apartment, all meals, snacks and activities with our permanent residents and personalized services to meet their individual needs.
