Georgia Medical Care Foundation Honors The Home
The William Breman Jewish Home was honored by the Georgia Medical Care Foundation’s (GMCF) for its “Commitment to Quality in Partnership for Patients” and its journey in culture change.
Home Receives Customer Satisfaction Award
The William Breman Jewish Home received My InnerView’s Excellence in Action award, a national honor recognizing The Home’s commitment to superior customer satisfaction. Presented annually, the award recognizes providers that performed in the top 10 percent of nursing homes out of nearly 5,500 in the country who participated in a 2010 customer satisfaction survey. This year’s award was presented to My InnerView clients who had a minimum 30 percent response rate and scored in the top 10 percent of qualifying facilities on the survey question “What is your recommendation of this facility to others?” in terms of the percentage of respondents rating the nursing home as “excellent.”
